How can I buy from your estore?
There are two ways you can buy, the first way is to buy through this estore by using the add to cart button then check out to Paypal and the second is taking down all the name of the items you want and send the order list to this email address, enquiries@oruio.com, for confirmation and you will be contacted.

 

How do I make the payment after adding the items to the cart?
Click on the cart tab to open up your shopping cart then click check out, you will be directed to paypal page and from there you can make the payment.

 

Are there any other options for payments other than using PayPal?

Why is my bank transfer payment not confirm yet?
*There might be slight delay at times due to maintenance of system on bank side or limited internet connection but theses are usually resolved pretty quickly.

 

What is the differences between OUT OF STOCK and SOLD OUT
Items listed as Out of Stock / Restocking will be restock but items listed as sold out will most probably not be restocked unless there’s requests for them or pre-order made for them.

What local shipping options are there?
–   7 to 8 days free shipping for small and light weight items
–   2 to 3 days express $10 – 15 for medium size items
–   2 to 3 days express $20 – $30 for large size parcel

 

Do you do COD (Cash on Delivery or Self-Collection?)
We currently only offers COD or Self-Collection option for orders starting from minimum $500 and above only. Orders lower than the stated minimum will be postage or courier.
